History[]
Cathair was first created as a region of the Home Province of Princia. Cathair consisted of the counties of Rampoh and Rokkia and is named after the Celtic word, "caer" which means "castle" or "fort," a reference to Rokkia Castle.
Since the partition of the Home Province of Princia and abolition of the presidency, Cathair was a home province in its own right until its merge with the Home Province of Pempire.
