Fatherdom Of Purnam was created by a humanist name Nafiz Morshalin (known as Mosh) because of inhospitable climate created by the global politics, which he describes as “all sides being politically correct and misusing people in the name of democracy.” a powerful leader taking grip at political process and referendums can solve the problem is the only way to make a stable country. So, the king of Missouri supported the idea which hence formed Purnam from Mosh’s rooftop in Uttara,Dhaka,Bangladesh as the population grew they claimed lands from Romania and Brazil.

Mosh one of the founding father of Purnam has claimed to be a descendant of the Great Leader Genghis Khan and his family emigrated from Persia to Bangladesh during the 1900s many citizens of Purnam gained the ambition of ruling the entire world again also deeply believes he was doing alright but Mosh’s ideas of ruling could have made the empire stable. That’s why every 5th December Purnamian sings Viva La Vida making Genghis Khan believe we still following his ideas and doing great.

It is with great pleasure, that I, acting on behalf of Their Majesties @Father Mosh I & @King Samuel I of Missouria, announce that Their Majesties has decreed the formal creation of the nation's highest and only civilian decoration to be named as the "Order of Purnam Merit", which shall be conferred upon both citizens and foreigners for their acts of extraordinary services to the nation. The decoration shall have five grades, and one extraordinary grade which shall be reserved only for the Sovereign. I. Grand Cross (GCPM) II. Grand Officer (GOPM) III. Commander (ComPM) IV. Officer (OPM) V. Knight (KPM) The decoration shall be conferred on the pleasure of the Sovereign and Grand Master @Father Mosh I & @King Samuel I of Missouria.
